Dy's Hair Dynasty values each and every customer and works hard to meet your needs. Please note that Dy's Hair Dynasty does not issue refunds, all sales are final. We aim to fulfill and/or get your order shipped out within 7-10 business days of the initial placement, custom units or other custom orders are subject to take longer, as they are being customized per your request. We normally ask for a 14-21 day time frame on custom units. IF there are any delays we will notify you of them and keep you informed every step of the way, prior to shipping your order we prepare your package thoroughly to ensure each customer is receiving the correct order. You are a priority at this boutique, so meeting your expectations the first time is what we strive to do. If in any case you have not received the correct order we will exchange your product, if that is the case, please email us with detailed information of what is missing/incorrect, we will then review your order and make the changes to correct it. If there is a need for exchange you will receive a prepaid label so the cost of shipping the product back is on us. Just another way we work hard to serve you. Thanks for being a valued customer!..
